The goal of this workshop is to bring together several leading EU and national projects active in the domain of e-Energy/ Smart Grids. It is expected to act as a forum for exchange of best practices especially with focus on the architecture and applications in real test sites across Europe. The workshop is intended to provide the field for in-depth discussions about technological concepts, field experience, and scenario analyses, as well as about the hurdles, challenges and necessary framework conditions for exploiting demand flexibility and energy efficiency in the context of a Smart Grid.
